Couples Therapy
You've tried talking it out. You've tried giving it space. You've tried pretending everything is fine. None of it has stuck because the cycle keeps pulling you back. Therapy isn't about talking more — it's about understanding what's actually driving the pattern.
High conflict, non-monogamous, neurodivergent, queer, kinky — your relationship doesn't fit a standard mold, and standard couples therapy probably hasn't fit either. This is therapy built for the actual complexity of your life.
Sex Therapy
Sex therapy isn't what most people think it is. It's not awkward. It's not shameful. It's two people in a room talking honestly about something that matters — with someone who has seen it all, judges none of it, and actually knows how to help.
Whether you're dealing with erectile dysfunction, premature ejaculation, mismatched desire, out of control sexual behavior (also known as porn addiction or sex addition), or something else entirely — these are real, addressable issues. Not character flaws. Not permanent sentences. Just problems that respond well to the right kind of help.
Individual Therapy
You've probably tried to think your way through it. Understand it, reframe it, logic it into submission. Some things yield to that. The deeper stuff — the patterns, the body, the parts of you that formed long before you had words for any of it — needs something else.
Whether you're navigating gender, sexuality, neurodivergence, trauma, or just a persistent sense that something isn't quite right — you deserve a therapist who doesn't need you to simplify yourself to be understood.

I draw from three major approaches depending on what we together feel will support you in your goals the best:
PACT: Here, we ask how can you be on the same team? How can you be in each other’s care? What are the policies, agreements, and values you as a couple have? Drawing from a social justice framework as well as a psychobiological lense, PACT is about learning to have each other’s back and understand each other’s care manual.
Developmental Model: This model is highly practical and can be very skills based. We explore three key considerations to a great relationship: Do you know what do you want and feel? Can you share what you want and feel with your partner in an open and non blaming way? Can you hear your partner’s wants and feelings while staying curious and open yourself? Here, we teach the skills to do all three and practice them together under my collaborative and watchful guidance.
AEDP/ISTDP/EFT: What is getting in the way of your goals? What is getting in the way of being close? These models get into the nitty gritty of what your negative cycles are and how to get out of them, while teaching the skills of effective communication and closeness creation.

Sex Therapy is for couples or individuals. I have specific training as a sex therapist via Martha Kauppi’s ATSIP Program. I offer detailed, specific, and targeted support for a wide range of sexual issues, from erectile dysfunction to desire difference in couples and beyond.

Intensive Short Term Psychodynamic Therapy (ISTDP) is a highly robust therapy with over 250 high quality studies showing its efficacy for a wide range of psychological disorders and issues. ISTDP gets to the core of what needs to be addressed while remaining collaborative and deeply honoring of your will. Studies show the therapy creates deep and lasting change that often continues to improve after therapy ends for years afterwards.
Accelerated Experiential Dynamic Psychotherapy (AEDP) is another profound psychodynamic approach like ISTDP. AEDP emphasizes compassion, attunement, and safety within a supportive therapeutic relationship.
